The prices are per flat/day occupied by 2 people for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For each extra person 15 € will be charged per person/day. For short stays (on request) a supplement is applied. The prices comprise accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, air conditioning, water, gas and electricity, cleaning at end of stay and all taxes and duties (except tourist tax). Cradle (children’s bed) and highchair available on request.
We are open all year round.
Children up to the age of 3 free of charge.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the flats are available as from 3 p.m. Please let us know if you are planning to arrive after 7 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate your flat by 10 a.m.
From July to October we prefer to rent the flats from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals and departures on other days of the week (except Sundays) are possible on request.
Dogs and pets in general are not allowed – thank you for your understanding.
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation and a written booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. Payments by ATM, credit card or check are not possible. You can pay by cash (maximum € 3,000) or by bank transfer. A local tax of € 1.15 will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. The following cancellation policies also apply:

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
